2. Client Responsibilities

  • Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes.

3. Payment Terms

  • Subscription Plans: Monthly fees are billed in advance. Payment is due on the subscription start date.
  • One-Time Projects: A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Client Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide (e.g., logos, text, images).
  • Agency Work: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website design, marketing materials).
  • Third-Party Assets: Any third-party tools, plugins, or assets used in your project are subject to their respective licenses.

5. Revisions and Approval

  • Revisions are included as per your subscription plan or project agreement.
  • Once you approve a deliverable, further changes may incur additional fees.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.
  • One-Time Projects: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you will be billed for work completed.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds but guarantee satisfaction through unlimited revisions until you’re happy with the results.

7. Limitation of Liability

StartupGrowthPilot is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party tools or platforms.
  • Client misuse of deliverables or services.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose confidential information shared during the project, except as required by law or with your consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • Payments are overdue.
  • The working relationship becomes unmanageable.

10. Governing Law

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
